O’Callaghan Davenport Hotel

4 Star

Steeped in history, the Davenport Hotel dates back to the early 17th century.

The building, where the Davenport is located, was formerly Merrion Hall, a prayer hall which was designed to be able to accommodate up to 2000 worshippers. Unfortunately, a fire in 1990 destroyed the interior but luckily the impressive and historically important facade survived and is listed and retained as an impressive lobby for the luxurious and modern O’Callaghan Davenport Hotel in Dublin.
